Structural Support Between the Handle and Case Body

The Bag Handle Metal Bracket connects a carrying handle to the case body. It provides a stable installation point and helps transfer lifting forces from the handle into the case structure.

The product is suitable for hard-shell suitcases, flight cases, business cases, cosmetic cases, toolboxes, instrument cases, and briefcases that are lifted frequently.

Depending on the case construction, the bracket can be produced by die casting, stamping, or machining. It may be designed as a fixed structure, a movable structure, or a mounting bracket for a spring-return handle.

Available materials include zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. Buyers can select a material according to the total case weight, case-body material, surface appearance, frequency of use, and structural requirements.

Mounting Dimensions and Complete Assembly Strength

The installation-hole spacing is 20–80 mm and can be customized according to the existing holes in the case or the customer's drawing. Bracket height is 8–35 mm.

A larger mounting base can help distribute concentrated stress created during lifting. Screws, rivets, washers, or a backing plate may also be used to improve the connection between the bracket and case body.

The reference load capacity is 150–500 N per pair. However, the actual capacity is also affected by the case-wall thickness, backing-plate area, fastener specification, installation-hole position, and handle structure.

For suitcases, toolboxes, and other products that experience repeated lifting, buyers should test the complete installed handle assembly. A static figure for an individual bracket cannot replace lifting and fatigue tests on the complete case system.

The factory's order process covers component processing, assembly, quality inspection, packaging, warehousing, and shipment.

Formed brackets are checked for dimensions and mounting-hole positions. After surface treatment, the factory inspects the color, scratches, blistering, and other visible appearance defects. Process inspections are carried out during production, and every finished product is checked before packaging.

For approximately 10,000 standard pieces, the usual production period is around 25 days. Customized orders above 5,000 pieces normally require 30–35 days when mold-making time is excluded.
