The Keyed Travel Luggage Lock is a tubular-key lock intended for travel suitcases and related luggage products that use a TSA-type lock structure. It is supplied as an OEM manufacturing product based on the buyer's confirmed technical requirements, drawings, physical samples, or existing lock design.

This product is more suitable as a matching component for luggage brands and suitcase manufacturers than as a general-purpose travel padlock. Before production, buyers should confirm the installation dimensions, case structure, key solution, surface finish, brand marking, and packaging method.

The tubular key provides a direct opening method without requiring the user to remember a combination. It can be considered for luggage collections that use centralized key management, an existing tubular-key design, or a fixed product structure that needs to be continued.

Clear TSA Certification and Authorization Scope

Zhejiang Tongtai Lock Industry provides manufacturing services for this type of TSA lock product. The factory does not hold its own TSA certification.

For this reason, the Keyed Travel Luggage Lock must be developed and produced according to the buyer's legally authorized standards, markings, documents, and project requirements. The factory does not claim independent TSA certification and does not provide certification statements beyond its OEM manufacturing role.

Buyers with an existing and approved TSA lock solution may provide the confirmed sample or technical drawing for production evaluation. Any required marking, authorization, product structure, or compliance information should be supplied and confirmed by the buyer before the order is placed.

This clear division of responsibility helps prevent unsupported certification claims and allows the project to proceed according to the purchaser's authorized product specifications.

Zhejiang Tongtai Lock Industry and its predecessor have more than 20 years of experience in luggage lock manufacturing. The factory's workflow covers lock-component processing, assembly, marking, functional inspection, packaging, warehousing, and shipment.

OEM and ODM cooperation is available. The research and development team can work from an existing lock, physical prototype, or technical drawing. It can reproduce a confirmed product, evaluate structural improvements, or discuss adjustments to the lock shape, matching dimensions, and surface appearance.

Samples can be supplied before volume production. Regular product samples do not require a sample charge, while the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. Sampling time for a new structure or special requirement depends on product complexity.

When custom packaging is included, the usual minimum order quantity is 1,000–2,000 pieces. Different colors or models may be combined in the same order when the production conditions allow.

The factory checks lock-body appearance, product dimensions, key insertion and rotation, locking and opening performance, connection strength, and overall assembly quality.

Surface-treated parts are visually inspected after they return to the factory. Process inspections are carried out during assembly. Every finished lock is checked before packaging, followed by a final sampling inspection before the cartons are sealed.

For customized orders above 5,000 pieces, the normal production period is approximately 30–35 days when mold-making time is not included. Progress photos can be supplied when production scheduling begins, after the first finished products are completed, during the middle of production, and after packaging.

The Keyed Travel Luggage Lock is packed in inner boxes and outer export cartons. Stretch film protection can be added when pallet transportation is required.
